...My tenants did a pretty good job of trashing the place [my property in Scottsdale]and there was some obsolescence based on the age of the home.
Since I live out of State, Pennie jumped right in and assisted in getting bids and supervising various trades in order to put the place back in shape. She spent countless hours doing so and definately went "above and beyond".

| Thank you so much for taking care of my family. One of the most difficult life events is moving houses. you made this experience so easy and enjoyable. I truly feel that you both offer a unique service. For people who think that buying and selling a house can be done on their own just don't understand what is involved. I guess the bottom line is that with expertise and work-ethic, comes an experience that is truly rare in the real-estate profession. We started this process with a house to sell and one to buy. You sold our house before the sign went up, got us the price we wanted, found us a new home, negotiated the price we wanted, helped with financing, and took care of all the details.
